115% Best Price Guarantee
Terms & Conditions
1. The Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel 115% Price Guarantee is applicable for customers who have booked a cruise or land escorted tour with Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel franchise only. This guarantee is not provided by other franchise owners of Cruise Planners or from Cruise Planners directly.
2. Feel confident that you’re receiving the best possible price when booking your cruise or land escorted tour. If you find a lower rate on another Web site within 48 hours of booking with us, and your request is approved, we will discount your balance to match that rate plus give you an additional 15% of the savings as a credit on your balance or directly as a refund. If you have paid in full, you will be refunded the difference plus 15% of the difference.
3. Cruise fares are eligible only if they are for the same ship, sailing date, and cabin category. Land, escorted tour fares are eligible for the same company, tour itinerary, and tour date booked through Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel.
4. Our 115% Best Price Guarantee only applies to fares and rates available to the general public and the lower price must be advertised and available to the general public on a Web site. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. If you're required to "call-in" or send an "email" to receive the fare price then those fares are not eligible.
5. All requirements for eligibility for the lower rate, including, without limitation, residency, regional, and age-related requirements must be met to eligible for the 115% Best Price Guarantee.
6. Our Guarantee only applies to the cruise or tour fare, including port charges. Your added components for travel such as air fare, additional pre-or post- night hotel stays, excursions, insurance, shipboard credits, transfers, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back, and/or dollars off are not eligible. Taxes and fees are not included.
7. You must contact us at 602-626-3740 within 48 hours of booking your cruise or escorted land tour with Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel so that a representative can determine eligibility.
8. Evidence or screenshots of a lower fare will not be accepted. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us and our representative will go to the site to verify the price.
9. All Price Guarantee requests are subject to approval. The decision rendered by Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel is final.
10. All cruise and escorted tour bookings made within the penalty period of a cruise or tour are not valid for our 115% Best Price Guarantee. This penalty period is established by the cruise line or tour company and charges may be assessed by the cruise line if any changes are made to a booking within the penalty period.
11. Cruise Planners-Arizona Cruise and Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the 115% Best Price Guarantee at any time.
12. If your original reservation was booked with a promotion, proceeding with a price match may render you ineligible for the promotion.
13. Custom FIT Travel is excluded from our 115% Best Price Guarantee. Custom FIT travel is defined as individual, self-guided travel planning utilizing air-hotel-transportation components that are booked independently and packaged together as one trip.
14. Our 115% Best Price Guarantee may not be allowed by certain cruise lines due to restricted fare codes, such as flash fares, one-day sales, etc.
